He was never prepared to present the case effectively to the Jury. Never prepared the client for the trial. Never used solid arguments discussed before the trial to fight back the defense. Failed to present medical files that could win the client substantial compensation damages. Failed to use convin...cing arguments the client gave him to win for promotional compensation he deserved. Let pass to the Jury to see few facts selected by the defense despite client's opposition and even when he requested that all of these specific facts be presented instead. Does not listen to the client's propositions and suggestions. Not at all eloquent and smart individuals to push back defense's weak arguments. Not a lawyer as a client I can recommend to anyone.
