Neil Philbin is in our opinion after dealing with the man, an arrogant, sarcastic, and condescending jerk. We are filing a complaint with the Rhode Island Bar Association and will also hit the man with the biggest Malpractice Lawsuit he has ever seen. The man does not keep you informed and sneaks his... way into large cases, how, we are still researching this, but he is like a little weasel praying on the uninformed and using other law firms and lawyers to weasel his way into being part of a lawsuit without the party's knowledge. After he is in and you find out about him, it becomes to late to do anything about it and he then will try and take your lawsuit apart and tell you your case is worthless. After he tells you the case is worthless and rips apart your injuries. When we are done with him, he will be standing in the unemployment lines in Rhode Island. The man should be disbarred. He is just another weasel attorney in the State of Rhode Island. DO NOT EVER HIRE HIM..! YOU WILL WISH YOU NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THE MAN.!
