Matthew Fabisch is the Managing Attorney of the Fabisch Law Office and assists clients facing legal challenges including land use litigation, bankruptcy, and estate planning matters.
He proudly assisits elderly clients and their children with a full range of elder law services including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, business successions, Medicaid planning, disability planning, and tax planning. Attorney Fabisch also practices in the areas of IRS tax problem resolution and Appellate matters.
Mr. Fabisch primarily focuses his practice on matters impacting individuals and small to medium sized the services regularly offered are individual, business, estate and gift tax litigation, preparation of trusts and wills, and handling probate and trust administration for individuals and owners of businesses. Mr. Fabisch works with both the high net worth client, using sophisticated estate planning strategies and tools, as well as with the client who has non-tax related planning goals, such as nursing home asset protection. He also works closely with trust officials, financial planners, insurance agents, accountants and appraisers in a team effort to design and implement plans that will best meet each client's needs and objectives.
For clients who have faced unforseen financial challenges, Mr. Fabisch offers bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy alternative representation in order to help them secure a fresh start towards achieving the American Dream.
Mr. Fabisch has been a welcome guest lecturer on diverse advanced estate planning subjects. A lifelong resident of southern new england, after undergraduate school, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams University School of Law where he served as Editor-In-Chief of the law review. He is admitted to practice in all Massachusetts and Rhode Island State and Federal Courts.
