After having practiced for 12 years in Vermont, Chris made the move to Rhode Island in January of 2002. His main areas of practice include all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including title insurance matters.
Chris has extensive experience with SBA 7(a), USDA, EXIM and SBA 504 loans and has earned the SBA 504 Designated Closing Counsel distinction. He represents several Certified Development Companies in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
His practice also includes entity formation, acquisition, financing, permitting, construction law, leasing and sales of residential and commercial properties. Chris represents many small businesses, individuals, lending institutions and title insurance companies.
Chris was born in Palmer, Massachusetts and was raised in Rutland, Vermont where his parents, siblings and their families continue to reside.
When not practicing law Chris enjoys traveling, golf, skiing, and spending time at the ocean in his adopted state.
