Douchebag

I hired this guy for a divorce that was a very short marriage where I was cheated on by my ex wife and she was trying to take stuff from me that she was not entitled to. Kurt Hayes promised me the world and acted like my best friend before he got paid. After being paid in full he became lazy (and als...o somewhat beforehand). His communication skills lack incredibly. Towards the tail end of the divorce we were supposed to meet with the other party and her attorney before the court date to tweak the agreement and visitation because my ex wife was having my son around drug addicts and derelicts and whenever I would bring this up to Mr. Hayes he would tell me that I was not listening to him and would result in him on more than one occasion telling me that he was going to withdraw from the case. This ALL after getting paid almost 7 thousand dollars. The day of court he filed a motion to withdraw, I objected and the judge was nice enough to tell us to go in the conference room just me and him to try to talk and when we went into the conference room, Mr. Hayes became irate and would not let me speak a word. He walked out of the room like a child and filed his motion to withdraw because he got his money. This guy is a real blowhard twerp and I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. He also has been found guilty in Massachusetts of similar activity.
