    We have successfully represented employers in all types of employment disputes, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, trade secrets, non-competition, non-disclosure, and breach of employment contracts. The firm advises employers on compliance with the myriad complex laws governing the employment relationship, such as the ADA, Title VII, ADEA, FMLA, and M.G.L. c. 151B, and assists employers in executing reductions in force.

A PARTNER with the firm, concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, including mediation and conciliation, corporate and business law, civil litigation, and estate planning.

A magna cum laude graduate of Boston College in 1972, Attorney Lorincz graduated from Boston College Law School in 1975 and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  He is a member of the Attleboro, Bristol County, and Massachusetts Bar Associations.

In addition, he is a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation and is certified in both conciliation and mediation. Attorney Lorincz formerly served as a pretrial mediator / conciliator for the Attleboro District Court and presently serves as a court appointed conciliator for the Bristol County Probate and Family Court.

Attorney Lorincz has served as a hearing committee member of the Board of Bar Overseers and as president of the Attleboro Bar Association, Attleboro Area Mental Health, Kiwanis Club of Attleboro, and Attleboro Scholarship Foundation.

Extremely happy
Mr. Lorincz understood the approach that I wanted to take and what I valued most, and applied it to his overall strategy. He was available whenever I needed him, and performed well in and out of the court room. He was steady in his demeanor, intelligent in his analysis, and consistent with his approach to the case. I cared enormously about my case so I did a great deal of research on my own. Paul accepted all of it, sorted through it and was very wise with what he chose to utilize and what he set aside for backup information. Overall, I was extremely satisfied, not just with the outcome, but with his ability to reflect my stance and values in his representation. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Total confidence in Attorney Paul Lorincz
I have total confidence in Att. Paul Lorincz. All of his work is thorough, whether it is following the paper trail of a corporation or going before a zoning board. He has a calming affect on his clients. I referred a colleague to him, who was going through a messy divorce and needed to change attorneys. After she spoke with Paul the first time, she felt totally at ease. The divorce was completed within the time frame indicted, without the stress she had experienced, and to her satisfaction. Paul always has his clients best interest in mind, and his ego will not prevent him to settle a case, rather going to trial. We have a saying between us, " The only clients that want their day in court are those that have never been."

Outstanding Attorney
I have been associated with Paul for nearly three decades. He has been an invaluable, compassionate, attorney/adviser/friend to turn to in our times of need. Originally, Paul drew up our estate plans when our children were very young and he has continued to revise and update our plans as our life circumstances have evolved. Paul is, first of all, a gentleman and a scholar. He is very calm, respectful, approachable, listens, processes, ’gets it,’ and gives helpful and wise guidance. He is readily available to talk with, if not immediately, he has always contacted us within a very short amount of time. Documents and instructions are always professionally presented and timely. Paul conducts himself in a highly professional manner, yet is highly approachable. I have never hesitated to pick up the phone and call him should I have a question or concern. Highly Recommend

Paul Lorincz Review
Paul was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive to my case. He was very diplomatic in all settlement discussions, but in a very respectful manner held ground and represented my position and interests very well. Paul has a very commonsense approach and did not do things that would cost me time or money unnecessarily . Paul was recommended to me by an attorney I work with on business transactions and I could not have been happier with the recommendation.
