Had to hound him & he does not answer emails. I got extremely frustrated because of how long this case took. I doubt he was even working on it when he was suppose too, only when I called him hundreds of times he did domething probably just to shut me up. If it was not going to cost me I would have fi...red him. Awful experience.

Too bad because Dan is a pretty nice guy. But when it comes to business, handing a case over to him will be the biggest mistake of your life. He does not keep you informed, most probably because he isn't doing anything with your case. I think he just sits back hoping it will settle by itself. I ...have too long a story to type here but our case settled in July of 2011 (happened in 2007) and we haven't been paid yet because of liens that don't even belong against the settlement. But Mr Hendrie has not done "ANYTHING" to resolve the problem. I am tired of making calls to settle this, because that is why we hired a lawyer. Sad part is my husband has done work for him!!!!!! So if he handles an acquaintance's case with absolutely no regard, I'm going to say the rest of you don't stand a chance!!!!!!! Incidentally today's date is February 5th, "2014"!!!!!!
