I was arrested for OUI. The police report painted me in...well not the best light to say the least. Tom helped me through a very difficult time in my life. He handled my case with care and the utmost respect for me. He first connected with me on a personal level, he also treated me as a person and not someone facing criminal charges. He advised me every step of the way through this difficult proces...s. Right from the gate he fought in court for my rights. Even during arraignment when I thought I was going to be entered into the correctional system, his basic knowledge saved me from that. Later on down the road with his knowledge and amazing skill in the court room he was able to get very serious charges dropped.
