He's an excellent attorney. Had the unfortunate experience of working with a good amount of attorneys throughout my life. Some of them over promise, but then under deliver. Not the case with Tom. He said exactly what he could do, and without making any promises on the outcome, still gave me solid ...counsel. Tom is simply the best. We are from NY and was visiting Springfield, MA and had a situation at an establishment over labor day weekend 2023.
