Excellent Real Estate Attorney

Bryan was kind and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to determine plot maps, etc and walked me through my transaction with care. His guidance was imperative to my recent real estate purchase. I would definitely use him again.

Bryan helped close on our property. However, when a simple question was asked a few months later he refused to help costing me hundreds of dollars. Pick a different a lawyer.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Responsive

I have used Attorney Bryan Reardon for all of my Real Estate transactions, and I have always found him to be an enormous asset. Attorney Reardon is knowledgeable about the laws regarding Real Estate Practice as well as the business itself, and this grants him an expertise on the entire process that ...insures smooth transactions and offers a high degree of comfort to his clients. Bryan's calm and professional approach has always allowed me to feel that I am in good hands because he consistently keeps me appraised of the situation and takes the time to make sure I understand all of my options and commitments as matters progress. The result is that, even as matters grow more and more complicated and sometimes even intense, I always feel that I am in control of the situation and empowered to make decisions. When my wife and I were looking to purchase our first home, Bryan's skill set was particularly helpful. We simply felt overwhelmed by the enormity of the cost, the paperwork, and the entire process. We were lost. Bryan was able to break matters down for us in such a way that we could understand what was happening and approach the process in a measured, manageable, piece-by-piece process. His knowledge became our strength and confidence, and we proceeded through our first home purchase. Since then we have found our own balance, but Bryan is still the first person I reach out to for any Real Estate matter, and I cannot imagine making a sale or purchase without taking advantage of his expertise. He held our hand through our first transaction, and he has been with us ever since. as the further we proceeded down the line to actual purchase, the more it became apparent that there was hidden problems with the structure. We eventually grew concerned that we had become enmeshed in a bad situation. Bryan problem without

Accommodating, Thoughtful and Sincere

Bryan was very helpful in our closing. We had a very unconventional closing with several complexities and he helped us navigate the twists and turns to a successful conclusion. He understands that there is a human element to real estate. We highly recommend him.
