Highly recommend - a superb attorney!

We recently closed on our first home on the Cape. Due to the financing, it was a longer and more difficult transaction that usual: there was extra paperwork and underwriting required, and the winter weather created additional delays in being able to move the process along. Bryan was very patient and ...even-keeled – especially when we weren't, and handled each obstacle ahead of our deadlines tactfully and efficiently. He was always reachable to answer our questions, and his advice was sound and in our best interest. His office was able to accommodate us closing on short notice, and the day of, he walked us through the myriad forms so we understood what we were signing. Overall, we were confident that regardless of what came up – extensions on dates, questions about the title, language in the Purchase and Sales – Bryan knew what to do to protect our deposit and help us get to the closing table! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing representation in buying or selling a home.

Expert real estate attorney

I have used Dubin Reardon for 5 real estate transactions or financings and would highly recommend their services. Bryan and his team are experienced, transparent, efficient, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. He is an expert in real estate law and is able to communicate it in a very accessible, stra...ightforward way. In short, Bryan is simply very good at what he does.
