Biography
I offer divorce litigation and mediation services, negotiation and drafting of separation agreements, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, parenting plans, post-divorce modifications, and assistance with obtaining domestic violence restraining orders. I also handle all types of civil litigation and appeals from same. Finally, I am available on a consulting basis to other attorneys for freelance litigation writing projects, civil or criminal, including briefs, motions, appeals, affidavits, pleadings and letters, reviewing records and transcripts, and conducting hearings and oral argument.
