Defending our company against a former employee

It was a pure pleasure working with Jay Gregory on the case of the harassment that our ex-employee brought against our small company in the court of MA. Not only the judge dismissed the case with the help of Jay Gregory, but actually ordered a harassment oder against the former employee and his wife... as well. Jay Gregory is very trustful, easy to work with, and we would highly recommend him.

Relationship: Worked for lawyer

"I consider myself highly privileged to have worked with and learned from Jay Gregory. He's an enormously experienced trial lawyer with many more cases tried to verdict than the average civil litigator handling complex, high-value cases. In addition to having exceptionally well-developed trial skills, he's also an excellent man of the highest integrity. He has my enthusiastic endorsement."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
