Robert D. Moriarty

He always answered my calls, while on the street and in jail. He visited me in jail often and kept me updated frequently on his discussions with the district attorney. He filed several motions that were granted and kept me updated on that as well. He looked at all evidence and was able to get the DA ...to agree to reduce my charge. I was charged with a serious offense, indecent assault battery on a child under 14 and he was able to get it reduced to a simple assault battery as to make me a non sex offender. He works very hard with all his clients and works very well in the courtroom. I like that he can express his concerns with the evidence and get the best possible outcome for his clients through the DA and Judge. He's very persuasive, persistent, and determined to get his clients off of charges. By far the best attorney that I've ever had and I've had many. He is not prejudiced against a person and their crimes, just works with what the evidence is and what he thinks he will be able to get dismissed. He gives good advice regarding going to trial or to take a deal and leaves it up to the client to decide. He gives his input on whether he thinks trial is or isn't the best option and whether a plea deal is best, but he leaves it up to the client to make the decision. I highly recommend him.

After a DUI arrest and waiting in court nervous and unsure, I spotted Robb working with his clients in similar situations. I observed he was down to earth and fully present for his clients at the same time showing professionalism as he represented them in the proceedings. I asked for his card and ...had a small discussion. He offered to stand for us in the initial proceedings to help us navigate the legal system. We hired Robb and couldn't have been more satisfied with the work and representation he provided. Robb made himself available to us on weekends and evenings as our schedules allowed. He is down to earth, easy to talk with and works tirelessly on his clients behalf. I would recommend him without reservation.

Having moved away from MA years ago, having something unresolved from MA pop up was quite unnerving. I contacted Robert Moriarty after I was convicted of O.U.I. After conferring with Robb regarding the possibility of an appeal, he felt that there was enough evidence to move forward. Through Robb's case research and exceptionally sharp eye to detail, he was successful in getting my case re-tried. ... At the trial Robb was calm and confident, easily picking apart the prosecutions case and I was acquitted of the O.U.I. charge. Robb is a thorough and competent professional who always answered my calls or texts and never left me with any questions. I'll give Robert Moriarty five stars although he certainly is deserves more.
