Maureen was recommended to me following passage of the Alimony Reform Act of 2011 as my ex husband had sued to terminate my alimony based upon his interpretation of the new law. Maureen handled my case, which we lost due to my trial judge's personal interpretation of the new law. She then took on t...he the daunting task of my appeal, where we prevailed after the SJC had ruled on the seminal three cases of Chin, Rodman, and Doktor. Divorce is sad and ugly Courts are overcrowded. The "system" is terribly imperfect.
