Marc has extensive experiece in all spects of Divorce and Family Law matters, including prenuptial agreements, high conflict custody and parenting plan issues, division of assets and liabilities, child support, alimony, modifications, and contempts. Whether in negotiations or in the courtroom, Marc zealously advocates for his client's interests. Marc pays close attention to the financial issues that are often present in a divorce such as division of retirement, investment, pension, and other bank or brokerage accounts, as well as interests in stock option plans, small business and trusts. When issues of alimony, child support and/or division of assets/liabilities are present in a case, Marc pays attention to the potential tax effects that may be present. When child custody and parenting plan issues are present, Marc provides valuable advice after consideration of his client's interests and the best interest of the child involved.
