Serving Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Mr. Gosselin manages one of the most dynamic elder law practices in the region. He offers free case evaluations and his hourly rate is $675. per hour.
Attorney Gosselin's practice counsels seniors with long term care concerns and requiring elder law advice, ranging from emergency assistance with mental health matters (including guardianship) to Medicaid applications and appeals.
In addition to probate administration and elder law, Attorney Gosselin also manages a very successful real estate practice. He has acted as counsel or closing agent in over twenty-five thousand real estate transactions and his firm regularly advises parties on purchase and sale agreements, mortgages, and financial and title disputes.
Attorney Gosselin lectures extensively on elder law. In addition to being called upon as a legal expert for such publications as Aging Well, The NRMLA Journal, The Boston Globe and others, Attorney Gosselin is part of the adjunct faculty at Suffolk University's Sawyer Graduate School of Management as a Professor of Finance. He offers in-service and continuing education courses to social workers and registered nurses.

John Gosselin took good care of my family when things were falling apart.
Both my parents are really sick and need help with medicade and getting benefits. Great Lawyer, Helped my mother
My mother fell and broke her hip. After a stint in a rehab facility she wasnt well enough to go home and we made the decision to put her in a nursing home. Attorney Gosselin helped us through the process of applying for Medicaid and finding a home that would suit my mother well.

Gosselin saved my mother's house from the nursing home
I hired Mr. Gosselin about two years ago (I am power of attorney for my mother who needed to go to a nursing home), he set it up so that my mother's house was safe from being taken by the nursing and he got it in my name all legally.
