I met Despina Kyriakidis in late 2020 after my dad had passed away, and I was identified as his personal representative. I shortly found out that my dad's estate was very unique and challenging -- it involved multiple accounts and various small properties that were in joint ownership with others who ...were also deceased and never retitled or transferred properly by deed.
