Biography
Attorney Vosilla of Brighton, MA is a Senior Associate with LaFountain & Wollman, P.C. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue, New York and after graduation Michael spent a year working in politics with the New York State Assembly. Attorney Vosilla then enrolled in Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, where he earned a Juris Doctorate.
Working first as a Law Clerk and then as an Associate, Michael was exposed to a broad spectrum of the law including civil litigation, criminal, probate law, estate planning, immigration, landlord/tenant and personal injury. With the formation of LaFountain & Wollman, P.C., Attorney Vosilla was promoted to Senior Associate and began to manage the firm's estate and trust caseload, including probate litigation and estate planning. As such, Attorney Vosilla is well versed in the probate process proceedings before Middlesex Probate & Family Court, as well as Suffolk Probate & Family Court.
Additionally, Attorney Vosilla is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and immigration law is one of his main practice areas.
