I had two amazing interactions with Joseph Perl, one over the phone and the other in person. On my birthday Dec 5th 2016 I was sued by my college for 15,000. I had never been sued in my life. My only reference was what I'd seen on television. I read the court document to also discover my mom was bein...g sued . My mom co-signed the loan for me.
