Peter represented me and my family our father's estate. He was very responsive and explained things in a way that was easy to grasp. He made an emotional matter much easier to deal with. We recommend him highly.

In my capacity as a commercial real estate broker specializing in single tenant retail, I come across a lot of deals that would create a problematic tax situation for the buyers; the most complicated of which is the taxes associated with "phantom income". Most brokers and lawyers I've dealt with have not been able to work out this issue. When I contacted Peter Frasca he displayed a tremendous amount of knowledge on this issue and was able to advise my clients on a number of complicated deals. He is now my main resource attorney for all of these types of deals.
