Peter M. Frasca

Peter has ably assisted my family over the past 10 years, providing a rare combination of professional expertise and wisdom in navigating family relationships. He has handled both of my parents' estates, as well as that of my brother. I served as power of attorney and co-executor for all three, so I ...have worked closely with Peter throughout this work. Prior to their passing, he helped our family with comprehensive estate planning by suggesting and implementing a careful program of trusts and real estate transfers. My brother had Down Syndrome, and Peter understood and assisted us with all the complications of special needs law. Only recently did I discover that Peter has an LLM, additional training beyond his JD, in taxation law, and he lectures at Boston University in probate and family law.
