I hired Lana in 2015 to assist me in a legal dispute I filed a year later with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination aka MCAD.. I am so fortunate that I selected her as my representative in my legal dispute over termination from a prior job. My favorite judge summary judgment to trial granted statement was" business played a manipulative shell game to hide the discriminatory intent". I was awarded trial, therefore a settlement where they are finally being serious about money happens for close to a half million was agreed upon. And since their was a non disclosure agreement for the defense to protect their reputation, that's why this explanation is vague. Lana works with her client to brainstorm strategies even if it means further discussion over phone several evenings. Lana was an incredible lawyer and if I selected someone else, I may have never basicly won my case, as much as it was settled, was because she defeated them and got a trial they should have lost anyway. Her legal opponent is on some Super Lawyer recognition. Thing is I'm a transgender women, and it certainly was a great client to lawyer chemistry.
