He takes care of it!

I recently sold a single family home I had owned as a rental, investment property. I also had to untangle some personal and professional financial issues related to my divorce and the sale of my business. Attorney Shannon assisted me with both matters and was great to work with throughout the proces...s. The sale involved some complications due to title and tax questions, and some professional debts that were liens on my property. Attorney Shannon was very helpful in terms of explaining the issues, solving the problems, meeting with me after hours to review and sign documents, and making sure my sale closed on schedule. I would recommend Christopher Shannon to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, and / or deal with the financial and personal complications that can arise post divorce.

Efficient, helpful, detailed and professional.

Christopher Shannon was very responsive and professional in helping ensure everything was together and complete for our first home closing. He kept us posted every step of the way and explained all the technical legal aspects for how to best issue our title and deed for beneficiary and estate tax pl...anning. Our closing was very efficient and Christopher Shannon was quite affordable.

When you need the best call Christopher

Christopher Shannon is a great attorney who has helped our family and our family business with a number of different matters. He has always been really responsive with phone calls and emails, he is flexible about time, and his fees are fair. Christopher has handled real estate refinancings on our... home, and he came to our home in the evening on both occasions because he knew it was hard for us to coordinate our schedules with infant children. When we had a Guardianship matter for a family member, Christopher guided us through the Probate & Family Court. When we had a real estate dispute a with rental real estate agent over something for a family member, Christopher got us our deposit back. When one of our employees had a traffic accident in our company van and was looking at criminal and civil penalties, Christopher went to court for him and the result was, no criminal charges, and no civil case. We highly recommend Christopher Shannon's legal services."

Invaluable Attorney

I have referred Christopher to my clients for their real estate needs over the past few years. He is extremely competent, resourceful and responsive 24/7 via email and phone calls to answer all your questions and concerns. His expertise, experience and attentiveness to detail are invaluable to his... clients in terms of understanding the in's and out's of real estate law, and explaining the specifics of a transaction thoroughly and patiently to them. Whether you are buying or selling a home, I highly recommend Christopher to handle all of your real estate needs as well as any other legal matters.
