Effective negotiator

Christopher Shannon and his firm handled our recent home purchase. At the outset, the purchase was expected to be standard and straightforward. However, an unexpected deficiency in the insurance of the building made the insurance unacceptable to the lender and substantially complicated the transactio...n. Christopher did an outstanding job helping us resolve this complication. He was willing to explore all options for resolving the problem, articulated the pros and cons very clearly, and was very effective in negotiating the resolution that we wanted. He and his staff were patient, courteous and, professional, all of which contributed to very pleasant interactions. I would strongly recommend him as a real estate attorney.

Tremendous

My wife and I retained Christopher when we bought a house and sold our previous one. The decision to move was sudden, and it felt like we were playing catch-up from the start. The transactions also had some wrinkles, between financing issues and outstanding building permits. Christopher was an inv...aluable resource and representative. He was very responsive, took initiative in resolving issues with the other parties, and kept us informed at all times. I am a practicing attorney and was very impressed at the quality of Christopher's work and the value of his services. We would not hesitate to use him again.

Efficient, helpful, detailed and professional.

Christopher Shannon was very responsive and professional in helping ensure everything was together and complete for our first home closing. He kept us posted every step of the way and explained all the technical legal aspects for how to best issue our title and deed for beneficiary and estate tax pl...anning. Our closing was very efficient and Christopher Shannon was quite affordable.

Invaluable Attorney

I have referred Christopher to my clients for their real estate needs over the past few years. He is extremely competent, resourceful and responsive 24/7 via email and phone calls to answer all your questions and concerns. His expertise, experience and attentiveness to detail are invaluable to his... clients in terms of understanding the in's and out's of real estate law, and explaining the specifics of a transaction thoroughly and patiently to them. Whether you are buying or selling a home, I highly recommend Christopher to handle all of your real estate needs as well as any other legal matters.

Real Estate Purchase and Sale

I worked with Christopher on two transactions this year. The first was the purchase of a new house. The second was the sale of our existing house. Both transactions went extremely well due, in no small part, to Christopher's experienced hand and calm demeanor. The result for each transactions was... better than expected. Both processes were smooth. He and his team have the experience to deal with all of the issues associated with real estate. I would absolutely hire him again and would advise my friends to use him in their real estate deals. He is great to have in your corner as you head into one of life's bigger transactions.
