Christopher Shannon and his firm handled our recent home purchase. At the outset, the purchase was expected to be standard and straightforward. However, an unexpected deficiency in the insurance of the building made the insurance unacceptable to the lender and substantially complicated the transactio...n. Christopher did an outstanding job helping us resolve this complication. He was willing to explore all options for resolving the problem, articulated the pros and cons very clearly, and was very effective in negotiating the resolution that we wanted.
