Seth Salinger

I retained Seth after interviewing several law firms to handle a business litigation matter on a partnership. Seth came to the table with the attention and dedication of a boutique firm yet with the depth and experience of a corporate lawyer. We litigated against a very prominent law firm who used ...lawyers from NY and Boston. During this process, from a place where we were countersued for significant money, we took them to settle for a significant sum in our favor. Both legal and business techniques were adopted. Fees were very fair to the large amount of time spent on the case. Probably my best experience with a lawyer, out of many.

I initially found Attorney Salinger from a google search after having met with another IP attorney. My first meeting with Attorney Salinger was great. I immediately got the vibe that he wasn’t like the “average” big firm lawyer. He was personable and an expert at IP law. My case was a bit complex but... Attorney Salinger made me feel confident about it. He represented me during an international IP claim and I couldn’t have asked for better representation. He prepared me thoroughly for my testimony and was there with me from beginning to end. His expertise and confidence is second to none. I would recommend Attorney Salinger with no hesitation whatsoever.

Seth is an excellent attorney, and an excellent communicator. I had to deal with a old legal matter which was surprising and stressful, but Seth was there every single step of the way. I am not an easy client to deal with, however he is level headed and always made sure my questions were answered and... I felt that things were under control.
