Seth Salinger

I hired Seth Salinger to help me with patent infringement case. Over the course of 9 month he prepared and sent a few letters that were brushed of by the infringers. There was almost no activity from his office until every time I pushed them, demanding actions. At the end I was advised by his of...fice to hire a patent attorney. The good question arises: If Seth is incompetent in IP field, how could he have taken such case? Very disappointed!

Seth was very helpful and practical in his approach to our problem with the contractor from whom we purchased a "renovated" house turned in to 2 condo units. There were three leaks and multiple other problems that the contractor was unwilling to fix. We filed suit but were eventually able to reach a ...settlement. The issues are ongoing, and Seth has kindly continued to offer support as we proceed on our own, to recover a smaller amount for a recurring leak.
