My experience with Joe has been primarily in the arena of business and contract law. He has personally assisted me in navigating numerous complex situations for which I am hugely appreciative (we have probably spent a few hundred man hours working together over the past several years). Examples of ou...r work together include: establishing direct terms agreements with Fortune 500 companies, establishing a master contract with the state of Maryland and responding to federal bid requests (among others). Joe is far from the only attorney I've needed to leverage in my life so I can appreciate his aptitude for strategic thinking and diligence in his approach to things. I had been denied for a LTC and appealed on Mr. Hickson's advise. I hired Mr. Hickson to represent me in the appeal. He called me 5 minutes before the hearing and cancelled. I lost all my fees for the appeal and a chance for a second appeal. I never heard from him again. Unreliable, and untrustworthy....
