Steve is the epitome of the type of lawyer a client wants and need for any transaction. Steve is staying on top of their lawyer and every detail all while protecting my best interests and alerting me to details on a daily basis. Steve is accessible and truly operates within the scope of the 'the client's best interest.' If Steve weren't on my side guiding me, the stress of this transaction would be unbearable. I know I couldn't be in more capable hands and it is truly a pleasure working with him. He is like Atticus Finch. He is such a perfectionist in preparation, he can go up against anyone and do it for all the right reasons.

Steven walked me through my first purchase with complete confidence 3 years ago.
