She is very easy to talk to, and explains things in a way someone who knows nothing about the process can understand. She was also willing to ask any questions I had about my situation. When I hired her she took over everything for me, including taking all my credit card caller phone calls and getting me out of the lawsuits they filed and decreased my stress level by 90%. I usually just email her when I have any questions or a problem and she responds even after office hours and on weekends. I have referred a family member to her and will refer anyone who needs an attorney over to her.
