She is very easy to talk to, and explains things in a way someone who knows nothing about the process can understand. She was also willing to ask any questions I had about my situation. When I hired her she took over everything for me, including taking all my credit card caller phone calls and getting me out of the lawsuits they filed and decreased my stress level by 90%.
