He sincerely cared about my case and what I was going through. He was extremely responsive whenever I needed him. He went above and beyond. He is very fair with pricing and it was worth every penny. Attorney Mikhlin represented me on an OUI-drugs (2nd offense). He immediately pointed out all of the weaknesses in the Commonwealth's case, including the holes in the police report itself and the deficiencies in the roadside tests the officer conducted, and recommended we take it to trial. While I ...waited for trial, he was prompt to return calls and emails when I had questions about the case. He filed motions in limine to exclude evidence before the trial, all of which were allowed. He was prepared for trial and, frankly, he destroyed the police officer during cross examination by taking the officer's vague notes in the police report and forcing the officer to go through each step of each test the officer conducted, what the correct way to administer the test was, and how the officer failed to administer each one correctly. After the Commonwealth presented their four witnesses, Attorney Mikhlin requested a required finding of not guilty from the judge because the Commonwealth had not proven their case. The judge agreed with Attorney Mikhlin and found that I was not guilty without hearing any evidence at all from Attorney Mikhlin. I highly recommend Attorney Mikhlin.
