Sam, I can't thank you enough for representing me a few years back during what was a very a dark, difficult and extremely painful time for my family. I came across some old paperwork and realized this review is long overdue. Remembering back, this was a challenging time at the peak of the pandemic wh...en we couldn't meet in person and court hearings were held over the phone or via zoom. Because of the circumstances and the added obstacles that would make succes in court near impossible, I needed an organized, knowledgeable, experienced and respected family attorney backing me who could put an end to the turmoil and fully clear me. Only an attorney can cross examine, lay out timelines of events and evidence that a judge will listen to and you delivered and impressed all in attendance! We all still talk about how intense you were when it mattered! The moment during your cross when your demeanor changed stands out to me to this day bc it was that moment I knew you realized I wouldnt have had a fighting chance without your defense. My biggest mistake was thinking I could defend myself at the first hearing. Making that phone call to you, writing you that check, was an investment to spare my reputation and was the best decision i could have made and I'd do it again without hesitation! Hiring you was the start of the healing process that my family needed and repairing those bonds likely wouldnt have happened had they not gotten that wake up call that day in court. Ill always appreciate you asking me several times if this was something I needed to do reminding me that maybe me and my family could just work this out. You reminded me family is for life and I could feel your empathy and hesitation over taking on my case. It was like you could feel my heart breaking! You would not take my case until i convinced you that I fully understood that proceeding would not only be costly but mite overturning a judges prior order was more likely not to go my way and that I could forever lose my family during the process. (I was also very pregnant at the time and you expressed the most sincere concern about the stress that going to court would cause). You did everything right and earned my complete faith and trust in you. You absolutely put my well being, the well being of my soon to be born baby, and the possibility of reconciliation amongst a then broken family over your own livelihood and that makes you a top tier attorney. I initially hated having to hand over everything to you (The good, the bad, and lots of ugly) because I was afraid of judgement. Your reassurance, preparation, the way you explained every bit of the process, how thorough you were taking down every word I had to say, your honesty, and your overall professionalism made me comfortable to be fully transparent with you. You worked overtime to build a trusting attorney client relationship with me and thats 100% why we were successful that day.
