He was assigned to him in December 2016 and he never responded to my calls or emails. Just showed up late on the court date March 2016 which made me nervous. We did not get to talk about what happened and what lead to the courtdate. Since he was late, I had to wait for a long time and then he ask...ed the judge for next court date to June 2016. Finally out in the hall, was asking me what happened and blah blah. yikes...no way because first of all the hall is noisy and many other people around. It was just chaotic and when he heard my side, he act like he was listening but distracted at the same time. His fidgeting just made me very nervous. He made inapproriate jokes. After the court date, I have not heard from him and he did not set up a meeting. I tried calling and also emailed him but nada. Only heard from an investigator who was hired by him so from there I decided to look and hired another lawyer as Neil Madden made me VERY nervous. There was no communication happening and I did not know what he was planning to do. I hired a new lawyer but still stuck with Neil until June as we need to tell the judge that i changed lawyers. The new lawyer also had trouble reaching Neil and finally got him. June 2016, Neil did not show up in court as technically he was still my lawyer until I can inform the judge of the change. Ugh thank goodness I follow my instincts and my case got dismissed thanks to my new lawyer. I WILL NEVER recommend him to anyone.
