Jessica Libby

Jessica Libby was born and raised in Massachusetts. In 1998, she received
her B.A. in Business with a minor in Spanish from Stonehill College, Easton,
Massachusetts. In 1999, she received her MBA from the University of Maine,
Orono. Upon graduation she relocated to New York City in 1999. She began
her career at a real estate development company in New York City,
Millennium Partners.

In 2006, she received her J.D., from New England School of Law, Boston.
Prior to establishing Libby Law, Jessica worked for the State of
Massachusetts in the General Counsel’s Office for the
Department of Capital AssetManagement.

She then went on to work for a number of Financial Service companies,
including, Fidelity Investments and Wellington Management.
There she worked on compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
of US mutual fund clients.

Due to personal experiences Jessica decided to change career paths and pursue a career in family law, primarily focused on child custody and guardianships.

She continues to work with the Volunteers Lawyers Project and the Women's Bar Foundation.
