Biography
Bob Gorfinkle's practice has concentrated in the areas of estate and business planning as well as elder law. He is the past President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; past President of the Norfolk and Plymouth Estate and Business Planning Council; former adjunct professor at Boston College Law School; author of articles appearing in Estate Planning, Journal of Taxation, and The Elder Law Report; quoted in the Boston Globe and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly; and frequent lecturer in estate and business planning and elder law before various professional and non-professional groups. Bob is also a "lawyer's lawyer" in that other lawyers employ his services (for a fee) to help them solve complicated legal or tax issues with which they are dealing. Great Advice and service
Have known Bob for 25 years. As my personal estate planning attorney and one that I have referred many of my clients to. He pays attention to detail and I have never had any compliants. And uniquely still uses a yellow pad and pencil with an erraser.
