OUTCOME: The Middlesex Superior Court reversed the Medicaid Agency and ordered the Plaintiff to be awarded Medicaid coverage.

Plaintiff was denied Medicaid coverage by the Massachusetts Medicaid Agency. I appealed the case to the Middlesex Superior Court.
