Praise for Peter Herbst

Peter was a tremendous help in updating our previous will! He was able to answer all our questions as to power of attorney,living will versus DNR, tax issues if we decided to pursue a trust for our assets and gave us an education as to the current legalities of elder law. Awesome Probate Attorney

Peter took the time to explain the various probate options open to my husband and me in plain language. He answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns fully. We felt very comfortable speaking to him about out probate needs. We would highly recommend him for any probate matters.

Fantastic, Knowledgable and Very Honest Estate Planning Attorney

I found Mr. Herbst on avvo.com and the 5 star reviews didn’t disappoint. I have interviewed two other estate planning attorneys and decided to go with Peter and I’m glad I did. Where do I start? He was always reachable and responded in record time. He carefully and genuinely listened to my backgrou...nd info and needs and provided recommendations based on what he thought would make the most sense in my situation not how much he’d get for it.
