Estate Planning and End of Life Documents

We went to Peter for our end of life planning, and went into the process not knowing much about it. He was very thorough, and helped us come up with a great plan for our will, trust, health care concerns and more! He is very kind and considerate and will explain any questions you have. I would recomm...end anyone doing this style of planning to consult Peter.

I highly recommend Peter Herbst

I highly recommend Peter Herbst for his knowledge of Elder Law and Estate Planning. My husband and I recently had Peter advise us as we updated our will. He patiently explained all the options available and the advantages and disadvantages of each option. He provided detailed explanations and gave ...us material to read before we decided the best plan for us. He explained various types of trusts to us and provided examples and potential scenarios of each. He explained everything in detail and assured us that he was there to answer any questions we may have. He also made sure to tell us we could call him with questions before and after our documents were filed and there would be no charge for phone calls. He filed our Will, Power of Attorney, HIPPAA Release, Declaration of Elder Homestead, Expression of Intention Regarding Health Care , & Release of Electronically Stored Information. He suggested that we call him if any situations occurred which might require a change to be made in our estate plans. He gave examples of changes in the future.

Great experience!

My husband and I were referred to Peter through our financial advisor as we needed to have a will written. We had not gone through this process before and were not sure what to expect. Peter made the process very clear and very easy. He spent as much time as we needed to sit and discuss each aspect o...f the document. He also allowed us as much time as we needed after sending us the drafts to look over them, ask additional questions, and make any changes before we signed any final paperwork. He helped make the documents easy to understand and the process straightforward. I would highly recommend Peter.
