I had a very complicated unique and not in a good way case in my hands with little to no hope for a really bad situation. About a year and a half ago I was charged with 2 OUI's within a two week span. It was nothing short of a nightmare scenario. I contacted Andrew after my first charge, and I can honestly say that over this 18 month period, Attorney Stacey was there for me in every capacity imaginable whenever I called... or reached out to him. Each visit to court with Andrew put on display the respect he garnered not only from his colleagues, but the judges and the ADA's. He was able to get my second OUI dismissed about 6 months in. This was a MASSIVE relief as you can imagine, because now the threat of possible jail time was in all reality, gone. In September 2017, I had my trial set for my first charge. Andrew got this dismissed as well. I can remember the feeling of absolute joy and astonishment that this was the outcome after being in such a hole.
