John Joseph McGlone III

Mr. McGlone does not abide by his fee agreements. After having been hired to represent me in a matter of criminal defense, he's gone on to accuse me of "playing games" when I've asked him to appear at court in accordance with our contract. It's incredible how inflated one's ego can exist without be...ing able to write a grammatically proper sentence.

I have more regrets hiring Jack McGlone than being with my ex. I wasted so much time and life savings on him in exchange for mediocre representation. He was all about billable hours and I got the song and dance. Often times I wondered, if he was on my side, did he care about my case or did he even wo...rk for me. He would offer no feedback, consultation, strategy or plan. He would get upset when I asked or questioned him. He let the opposing lawyer write up the stipulations and not contest them. He rarely filed counter motions or claims like the opposing lawyer. He was unprepared and scrambled before the trial. My case still has many unresolved issues and judgements he failed to prevail, which he actually blamed on me.

Where to start. Well with the covid 19 lifestyle all we have is free time. So I ended up looking up Jack for no real reason. Well we first met in 2002, and well after my first round, the trial was over and it was what I was informed it would most likely end up being. I think most lawyers would be poo...f from a client. Well Jack was there for my after release phone calls, the ones where you are scared and think life is still all over for you. He was there again for my resulting divorce, he was for me a lighthouse to guide me thru the biggest storms of my life. Then after almost 15 years I called to just say hello, and he returned my call asked about my family and remembered my name. I never heard or knew of Jack in the beginning of my journey he in fact was one of six law firms I was looking at to represent me. If I could end on two last notes. First, Jack has earned my unending appreciation and thanks, And Second, although I hope to never have the need to call on him again, He would be the only lawyer I would call on. M.D.S

I contacted this law office because of a domestic hate crime. My father called me terrible homophobic things and put his hands on me (unprovoked). I peacefully reported all of this information to his attorney, Mr. John J. McGlone III via USPS (the correct legal parameters) because I did not want to f...ile a police report against my own father. I sent Mr. McGlone copies of evidence of identity theft and he sent them back to me. Mr. McGlone made more money off of my parent's divorce than I have ever made in a calendar year, yet he could not spell my legal name correctly after several tries. I would not waste your time or hard earned money on this poor establishment because they do not care about justice.

My experience with Attorney McGlone was very positive. He charted a course of action at the start and followed through with his plan reaching the desired end result. Attorney McGlone patiently fielded questions raised by supporters and considered the suggestions that they offered. I am very pleased ...to recommend Jack McGlone highly.
