Prior to practicing law, Steven worked in the construction industry for 17 years performing engineering, construction management, and claim resolution on complex projects with a scope of work up to $250,000,000.
While attending law school at night, he was employed full-time as a Construction Engineer on Boston's "Big Dig" project.
