Biography
Since 2011, I've represented injured individuals in all types of workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. Before becoming an attorney, I attended Suffolk University Law School, which is where my passion for representing individuals began when I successfully represented clients as a member of the school’s Housing Clinic. After graduating from law school in 2010, I passed both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire bar exams.
I'm a native of Massachusetts and I've lived here my whole life. I graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in history and a minor in French. Before attending law school, I also earned my Master’s Degree in history from Boston College in 2006 and I also worked at a law firm in Newton, MA focusing in real estate law.

Great Lawyer!
Sam was great to work with. Always took the time to explain things and handled all of the paperwork associated with my case. He would call periodically to check in and update us on what was happening. I couldn't have asked for better representation. Very glad to have hired him.

Excellent lawyer and firm!
Sam handled my workers comp case and did a fantastic job. I couldn't praise him enough on being very responsive when i needed him. Navigating a 2 1/2 year long case was exhausting at times but he kept on it like it was the first day. I'm glad i went with Powers and Caccavale, and i definitely suggest...

Great attorney and willing to listen
Sam took care of me over the corse of two years with a case. Always there for any questions I had. In a unfortunate time when everyone was not looking out for my best interest He would take the time to make things right and deal with everything so I could have peace of mind.

A GREAT FIRM AND LAWYER
