Ms Wayne represented me for a would-be DUI-2nd offense. Over the course of 12-13 months,I was able to call her (usually during office hours)to discuss facts of the case,any upcoming hearings and also outcomes if the case went any which way. She would promptly respond within a couple minutes,or text t...o notify if she was busy and had to reschedule for later. I've used karen wayne for four different criminal cases and one insurance arbitration case, she won all five. Two of them were drinking and driving cases i picked up four months apart from each other. The first went to jury and was found not guilt. The second one she managed to get dismissed before ...it went to trial saving me a good amount of money and a sixty day mandatory jail sentence. The third case i was falsely accused of assault and battery which was a magistrate case. She got it dismissed before it could see a judge. Fourth case was an accident in a motor vehicle where she noticed the officer wrote the chapter and section wrong subsequently got dismissed. Very observant she is. Although that got dismissed the insurance company said were still saying your guilty by the facts in the police report. She took the insurance company to arbitration hearing where an independent lawyer listened to karen wayne and the insurance companies lawyer and she won i keep her card in my wallet because you never no when you will need a genuine good affordable lawyer it's not every day i right reviews but if you want the absolute truth to come out of the police reports and or insurance companies mouths then you need a lawyer that can fight for you, and that's why im spreading the word.
