Great Lawyer better person

Jack Greene is a great lawyer, he has had 2 OUI cases thrown out for me and got my license restored 2 times. The best thing about Jack is that he listens to you and does not judge, He talks to you like a friend and not like you are just another client that he has on his list. He is nice and respond...s to you very quickly when you reach out to him. If he doesn't know something give him 24 hours and he will find out the information, In my recent case I was pulled over leaving a gentlemen's club as soon as I crossed into a different town, There was 8 of us at the club so we had 3 cars and as we left I was the middle car. As I cross in to the next town on route 138 I see a cop car cross the double lanes and pass 4 cars to get behind me. After he follows me for about a 30 seconds he lights me up. When I get the report and give it to Jack he see some holes in the report immediately, but one of the best things about Jack he doesn't feed you the BS telling you that can win this case. He tells you the truth and what he thinks he can do for you and then you go from there. Jack doesn't act like he is better than you or that he knows everything he listens to you and whatever ideas you may have. One of my witnesses had a thought and Jack ran with it, he pulled what is called a CAD report realized discrepancies in the officers story. It ends up the officer ran my plates along with everyone else while I was in the club. He saw that I had a previous OUI case and must have profiled me. He was in another town that he didn't work in and that is why I got pulled over when I hit that town and he knew to pass all those cars. Then Jack wanted the booking tape because told him I wasn't even drunk that night and for some reason they didn't record one that night. That didn't seem right so we Jack talked to the DA and the police supervisor for this town and after year the case was thrown out. Jack is great I would refer him to anyone because he is a great person and a hard worker.

Two cases, two dismissals!

I had Jack represent me on two cases in a two year period. One was a speeding ticket (I was speeding), but Jack convinced them to drop the ticket if I did not get another for 60 days.... And they did. The other case was much more serious. A hit and run with property damage and personal injury. Jack ...kept pushing the date off, and kept telling me that time is our friend in these cases. Almost two years later, when it was time for the person to ID me in court, they had been long since paid by insurance and did not show up. The whole case was dismissed because Jack was willing to make appearance after appearance looking for extensions to buy time. He fought hard for me at every turn, but more important we won the cases in a big way. Charges Dismissed!

Best Criminal Defense Attorney for the Quincy Courthouse, Thank You Jack Greene!

On Halloween 2012, I was arrested in Milton, MA, and charged with misdemeanor possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute. My case was to be handled in the Quincy courthouse. This was the only time in my life I had ever been arrested, charged with a crime, and in real trouble with the... law; so emotionally and psychologically, this was one of the most difficult situations I have ever had to face. Some additional difficulties included the fact that when they arrested me, the Milton police seized my smartphone, my cash which I had honestly earned from my employer, and my car. The police immediately wasted no time in filing for forfeiture of all my property and cash, with the intention of keeping it permanently. I knew I did not want to take any chances and that I wanted a lawyer with specific experience in the Quincy Courthouse and with handling cases like mine with confidence and efficiency. Even though I was new to the court and I was not familiar with who the good attorneys are in Quincy, I was fortunate enough to have a friend who had a past experience in Quincy court when he had been faced with assault charges. I immediately called this friend and asked him who I should hire to handle my case, and he did not hesitate to highly recommend Attorney Jack Greene. This friend of mine was extremely pleased with the result he had gotten with Jack related to his assault charges and with Jack's handling of his case. This friend told me that Jack had skillfully made use of the evidence in his case (security camera footage, for example) to demonstrate that the assault charges against my friend were false and successfully defeated the charges. My friend also assured me that this prior experience he had with Jack Greene had made it very obvious to my friend that Jack Greene is a very well known and established presence at the Quincy courthouse to others who work there (such as the Quincy prosecutor(s), judge(s), etc.). Also, I found out that prior to Jack beginning his private criminal defense practice, Jack was the district attorney in Boston for several years, an impressive credential because among other things it means Jack has extensive experience trying criminal cases from both sides (prosecution and defense) so he knows what the d.a. has to do in order to prosecute his client and he can skillfully assess the weaknesses in a prosecutor's case. And in spite of the fact that no trustworthy lawyer can ever ethically make absolute guarantees to a client, this experience gives Jack a reliable instinct for what the more probable outcome(s) of his client's case will be. Jack's office was conveniently located walking distance from the Quincy courthouse, practically next door. I took my friend's advice and hired Jack Greene to represent me in my case, and I am so very happy that I did! From beginning to end, I had a thoroughly satisfying experience with Jack. Right from our very first conversation he demonstrated his thoroughly competent knowledge of the legal system and an impressive ability to communicate that knowledge clearly to me as it pertained to my case, what I was facing, and our strategies of approach. My first court date, the pretrial conference, actually ended up being my only court date because Jack had my case resolved by then with a satisfactory deal from the prosecution. Jack got me a CWAF (Continued Without a Finding) that only lasted for 6 months and was completely unsupervised (no drug testing, no meetings of any kind) and he got all of my property back with the exception of half of my cash. Thanks to Jack, I made it through this situation with no convictions, and on the multiple occasions that employers have done background checks on me since this situation happened, all they have seen is a clean record! Within months of the resolution of my case, another friend of mine ended up facing different criminal charges in the Quincy court, and asked me who I had hired. They also ended up extremely happy with Jack!

Excellent, Highly Recommend

I highly recommend Jack Greene. We needed a harassment protection order against someone who would not leave our family alone. Originally, we hired another lawyer who was afraid to move forward for fear of future retaliation. We needed a lawyer who would listen and understand what we were up against. ...We hired Jack and were so pleased to learn he had been a Boston prosecutor. He listened, he was straightforward, he kept us informed and was always accessible. He even worked on our case while on vacation, seeing the case through to the end and checking up on us after we won. We would definitely use him again if needed.

Car Theft

I highly recommend Attorney Jack Greene. He represented me in a vehicle theft claim and is most definitely the lawyer you want on your side. His dedication and persistence in obtaining the most favorable outcome is admirable and comforting. Attorney Greene will fight for you and explain every step. A...s an attorney, it is rare to find honesty and proficiency but he is the total package. Thanks Jack, we need more attorneys like you!
