Jack Greene is without a doubt the Best Attorney you can have! I had an IID violation which resulted in a multi-year suspension of my license. It was an unfortunate situation with mitigating circumstances. It did not involve alcohol, yet the offense was treated by the RMV as the Most Serious offense.... The RMV had denied me my hardship license after the Quincy court said I was eligible. My DUI lawyer referred me to Jack (John). He met with me right away, no waiting, to appeal the RMV decision. He said I have good case and got clients with much tougher cases their licence back. He came to the a...ppeal with me and presented my case, which was the first case of the day. He put together a good case which he read concerning my job, family and reasons why I need my hardship license. Two weeks later I got a letter in the mail stating, the RMV is to reinstate my license. He does a lot of business at the appeal building and he is well known there. I felt comfortable and confident having Jack represent me during the appeal. Also, Jack would always answer my phone calls, emails and texts right away which was important to me.
