I could not possibly express how excellent my experience was with Stacie as my attorney for my Worker's Comp case. She was professional and well prepared for each step of the process and is very well respected by the Court. She was also kind and compassionate, which in my opinion is a must when wor...king with people who are injured and in pain. Stacie made herself available at all times unless she was in court or with another client. I would have liked to think I was her only client, but she has many, and for good reason. Stacie is not an attorney who increases your stress during such a trying time in your life. She handled everything in my case without needing my constant involvement, unlike many attorneys. She took my stress upon her shoulders and treated me the same as she would someone in her own family. With constant pain, doctor's appointments and physical therapy, it was great to know I was in excellent hands with an attorney who actually cared about my well being. I would feel remiss if I did not mention that her staff has been carefully chosen and shares with Stacie all of the previously mentioned qualities. They are professional and knowledgeable as well as kind and courteous. As I said, there is not enough space here to express my admiration and gratitude to Stacie. My feelings of well-being continue, as my case was settled so that the Worker's Comp insurance company will always be responsible for any further treatment, including possible future surgeries, needed as long as I am alive. I could not ask for more. So many people attempt this process without an attorney, usually due to trust in their employer and trust in the Worker's Comp Insurance Company, as well as fear to take on attorney fees when they are out of work due to an injury. This my advice after my recent experience: 1) When it comes to money, don't be naive. Your employer does not want his/her insurance rates to go up because you have made a claim. 2) Insurance companies are in the business of making money. They do not want to pay you workers comp! They are not your friend. 3) Stacie gets paid if and when you get paid. I did not have to pay a single dollar out of pocket until the case was settled and even then it was a very fair lawyer's fee. She worked diligently on my behalf for one and a half years. I give Stacie the highest recommendation possible and I will always thank her with all my heart.

Stacie was an exceptional lawyer. She was extremely conscientous in her work on a difficult case. She had many excellent qualities as noted below but most importantly, she worked tirelessly for justice in this workman's compensation case. She is incredibly diligent and does everything she can to get... a favorable resolution for her client, even working right through the weekend. Her extensive understanding of labor law and worker justice issues are evident in everything she does. We had originally worked with another lawyer and the difference was enormous, Stacie thinks about every detail. She returned phone calls promptly, kept in touch and made sure we were well informed. She laid out all the information and provided very sound advice but did not try to make decisions for us. She went out of her way to be sensitive, and was creative about securing other services such as health support. She showed a great deal of empathy and sensitivity throughout.
