I am so pleased to share my feedback about Michelle Breckenridge. In late 2017, I was served papers by my ex-wife, as she sought to remove my parenting time and increase my child support. Until meeting Michelle, I was not receiving the legal representation that was suitable for this highly cont...entious situation. After my initial consultation with Michelle, I quickly realized that I needed to hire her to represent me, thus removing my former attorney. Michelle made this transition simple and easy for me! Moreover, she negotiated an updated agreement that was extremely fair for all parties. She was even able to gain resolution on unfavorable & unfair terms from the initial divorce settlement! More recently, I hired Michelle to reduce my weekly child support amount after my youngest child graduated High School in 2021. This new engagement once again became contentious. I followed her advice closely and was extremely happy with the outcome, receiving a better-than-expected judgment from the court after my ex-wife and I could not agree on terms.
