Personal Injury 60%

Although I have settled 97% of my personal injury cases over the last 28 years, I still enjoy taking an insurance company to trial before a jury when there is no settlement offer. I DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR CASE OR TAKE 'NO' FOR AN ANSWER!

Criminal Defense 30%

Solving your problems has always been my business. I handle all types of District Court cases through trial. However, in the midst of this opioid epidemic, I studied addiction and treatment, now offering services which go far beyond the court room.

I spent six years under the tutelage of Attorneys Monroe L. Inker, Phil White and Martin Aronson, learning how to handle all aspects of varied domestic relation matters in divorce, modification or guardianship, completing over a dozen full trials.

I Would Highly Recomment Attorney Libby Fulgione.

Atty. Fulgione represented my son in his case when my son was assaulted by another person. I could not have asked for a better attorney. Atty. Fulgione kept us abreast of everything that was happening. He would take a phone call at anytime and was always right there for us. He was very compassion...ate about our us/my son and his case. I could not have asked for a better attorney. I would highly recommend Attorney Fulgione to anyone in need of an attorney. If I ever need a lawyer again, I will be calling Atty. Fulgione.

Really solves your problems...

Atty Fulgione handled a small car accident case for me, keeping me fully informed of how "the proces" works. During that time, we were devastated when our son was arrested on drug charges which really unsettled the whole family. Attorney Fulgione took on that case and was, as he said, more concerned ...with getting our son into recovery than the criminal case - which somehow dissappeared as a "Pre-Trial Probation." Aty Fulgione was able to brak through my son' guards and formed a bond as he worked to get him into the right treatment program. Four years later, we have our son back, my case settled for slightly more than Atty Fulgione first told me was our "high water point" and he won a jury trial for a friend I referred to him for a horrible slip and fall case. Atty Fulgione really does back up his slogan that "solving our problems is his business."
